“Thank you very much for the beautiful bouquet and the free Lindt chocolate which I ordered for my sister 's birthday. She was absolutely delighted with them. I have ordered flowers from you before for my sister and my Mum when she was still here. The flowers are always very fresh and beautifully arranged. Thanks once again.”

“The floers were delivered on time but were left outside a very public entrance on the pavement near the carpark instad of being delivered inside the flats entrance. It was chance that they were picked up by the person they were meant for. The flowers looked a bit sad but revived after putting them in water. They looked lovely after that.”

“On the website it said that if you put a code in you could get some free chocolates. The code didn't work but I paid the £3 anyway. The flowers arrived but no chocolate”

“I would have given 5 stars as the flowers are gorgeous. Unfortunately DPD decided to just leave the package on the doorstep which is right on the pavement. Didn’t wait for them to answer the door. It’s a long row of terraces. Luckily no one took it but they might not be so lucky next time.”
