“The gift and Flowers did arrive on the day, and was received at 8 o'clock in the evening. I had a call of thanks from the recipient who remarked on the quality of the flowers and the Cottage Garden bouquet lived up to its description and the perfume of the selection, was well noted. If it had arrived in the morning, I would have rated it as `5'. Thank you.”

“Sadly I've been thanked for the chocolates and flowers but they were delivered a day late - not good as they were for a friends birthday (there is a clue in the words message). First time I've ordered from you as I received flowers in late June from your company and the longevity and quality were so good. May need to revert to M&S as they have never let me down on delivery dates.”

“I was on a Skype call when my friend received the flowers, I was embarrassed to see the size of the bunch of flowers as I order the medium bunch but the amount of stems was a mere handful, very disappointed. I would like something back as the cost did not match the item at all”

“I ordered the flowers on Monday morning, they were delivered, in lovely condition, on the requested day, the day after in fact, the Tuesday. Recipient says they are beautiful and they have cheered recipient who is a patient in a hospice. Lots of lovely comments have been made about the flowers which is nice to hear. I chose a colourful, scented option so that they can be enjoyed from a bed.”

“Have used FF for years and always been pleased. This last time the roses were fine, but the accompying flowers were bent and broken with buds broken off. The box was not damaged I have another order pending for delivery on 22nd Aug”
