“Good quality flowers as usual, but disappointed this time that they did not arrive on the day requested - especially as they were a Birthday present and I ordered them in good time (also thought Tues, 17 March was well before Mother's day deliveries).”

“Recipients have always been pleased. Ordering took longer this time as some flowers were not available because of mother's day. I was not sending for this, so gave up on one order as it was taking too long.”
