“Flowers lovely but arrived very late in the day, probably the royal mail's fault”

“Always reliable and easier than trying to buy a bunch from a shop at the appropriate time. I am always pleased with them although my recent order disappointed a little as it did not look as full a bunch as shown in the picture. I will still use them and would recommend them”

“The flowers were presented in an exemplary manner and arrived in good condition. One point, though, is that delivery by Royal Mail typically takes TWO days to Jersey, otherwise I am well satisfied with the Company's commitment to quality and service.”

“Flowers brilliant. I asked you to place the delivery behind the house next to a garden trolley. You acknowledged this request but then delivered the flowers to a neighbour. Rather defeated the object of giving instructions!”
