“Unfortunately the flowers did not arrive on Friday 14th, but were delivered on Monday 17th. My friend was rather disappointed, as obviously they were not at their best, and at least 10% were very faded. This is the first disappointment that I have had in all my years of dealing with your company. What a pity!”
