“Apparently the flowers are beautiful, I haven’t seen them as they were a gift for someone. But she is very pleased with them. I was disappointed that the delivery person didn’t knock at the door and just put flowers were put down the side of the house. There was no note or email/message to say were they were. If I’d have been sent a notice of where the flowers were then you would have definitely got 5 stars”

“Arrived on scheduled day, a great acheivement this year when much post has been delayed. Photo showed the correct flowers which were well packed. Good as usual with FF.”

“As I am not the recipient, I sent them as gifts. I did hear that they were lovely. Delivered nicely packed . I have been using your service for many years and no one as yet mentioned that the flowers I chose had a problem. Many thanks indeed for your good service.”
