“Very dissatisfied, ordered Friday for delivery Saturday paid £4.99 for this service and the flowers arrived today Tuesday, looked nothing like photos possibly because they were half dead, customer services really did not help resolve this, hence the bad review, gave them a chance to rectify, no chance, waste of money will definitely not use again”

“Delivered next day Royal Mail on time, very well packed. Flowers opened out as expected and looking really good. Doing well so far apart from one rose going "droopy" after a couple of days. I hope the rest don't follow!”

“Delivered 2.5 days after the date requested. Recipients going on holiday tomorrow so the flowers will be dead on return so as you came highly recommended from a friend will not use again.”

With our Royal Mail deliveries we do advise that there is a 95% chance that your gift will arrive on the selected date, however, there is a small chance that it can arrive the following working day. This is in line with the delivery information provided in our catalogues and on our website. Due to the Bank Holiday, the next working day would be Tuesday 1st September. “Flying Flowers have never let me down even when I have ordered at short notice or have had to change a delivery date. Customer service is absolutely brilliant and continue to be so during the pandemic. The flowers and chocolates are top quality. I know that bouquets have lasted a long time - family and friends have been delighted to tell me. I like to be a loyal customer and Flying Flowers have inspired me to continue to use their company. I am not trusting anyone else with my orders.”

“Having spent £25 on the bunch of flowers I had picked out of the photos on line, I was not over impressed by the picture of what actually arrived at my sister's house. The carnations were good but the freesias I felt were not up to standard and my sister was disappointed with them. My PC will not send you the photo so I will try to e-mail it to you.”
