“I ordered flowers chocolates and Prosecco for two of my relatives who were having birthdays Michelle Gent and Hayley Gent . They received only the flowers . I was so disappointed Jennifer Gent Perhaps you could explain what happened and refund money where necessary”

“Lovely flowers were sent to 2 elderly ladies in Penzance and Luton....one said it arrived with no card in it, and it was not until my mother-in-law rang that she realised it was from us but otherwise very happy with the flowers and chocolates for the price we paid.”

“The flowers arrived late ie on the Monday instead of the Saturday 5 June 2021. four roses were not in very good condition and 2 had to be discarded. The flowers were already open when the arrived, normaly they are closed.”

“Flowers arrived a day late..spent £27 on a bunch of flowers that I could have got from waitrose for £15...would have hated to see the bunch without the 50 percent extra foc..very disappointed and will not be using again..”

“Flowers received were of unacceptable quality. They were for my wife on her birthday; I had to order additional flowers from another company because of the poor quality. There were 5 or 6 flowers with heads broken off, some stems were broken, others looked like they had been dragged through a hedge backwards, the bunch was just thrown together quickly --etc. I will not have that again.”

“I bought this purchase as a present so I can't comment on the flowers personally as they were delivered to my cousin. However, she messaged me to say they were lovely. Delivery was as primised so I'm happy.”
