“Everyone at Flying Flowers were so friendly and helpful when I ordered from them. They were very courteous and caring after my mix up with the delivery date. They did everything they could to help and got the flowers delivered to a friend and they were beautiful. I would definitely use there service again.”

“Very disappointed delivery did not arrive on the day- should have been Monday, arrived at 2.45pm on Tuesday by Post not by courier as specified on your order acknowledgement. I understand the recipient was pleased with the bouquet but delivery not as promised and why do your dates say delivery free when you then make a charge which is fine it delivery was adhered to.”

“The recipient said they were lovely but I haven't seen them myself. Due to an address error on my part when on-line ordering the flowers were delivered to the wrong address, however thanks to Flying flowers and the honesty of the” wrong recipient”, they were eventually received by the Person I intended them for, I consider this over and above usual service and appreciate the help very much , thank you”

“My elderly aunt was at home but the delivery man only knocked once She did catch him as he was going next door He told her he had put the box over the 6 foot gate Luckly she was able to retrieve it but it is an enterance that she doesn’t use There was no note to say where it had been left and could have stayed there for weeks unknown”
