“WELL THE FLOWERS WAS NOT VERY GOOD ON ARRIVAL AS THE ROYAL MAIL HAD THEM A DAY TO LONG BEFORE THEY WAS DELIVERED I JUST HOPE THEY PICK UP OR THAT MEANS A WASTE OF MONEY”

“Instead of sending me two emails asking me about my experience why not respond to my email about my complaint? I paid extra for a secured next day delivery but flowers, prosecco and chocolate all left on the path even though recipients home.”

“In the past I have always been delighted wth Flying Flowers, but I was disappointed with my last orders. Despite receiving a message that the two orders were out for delivery, I did not get a confirmation that they had been received and I am still waiting for a reply to two emails sent two days ago asking for this confirmation. I can’t contact the recipients as the flowers were sent because of bereavements and I don;t want to worry them. Communication is not what it used to be.”
