“Wanted letter box delivery...they were left on door step. Not received on nominated day.Only by chance they were found due to security camera. Luckily flowers were revived. NHS worker working odd hours......why letter box delivery suited. Very disappointing service”

“Flowers arrived a day late and looked rather wilted though most have perked up now. Colourful selection of flowers but could do with a few more. Not as good as eflorist or Moonpig.”
