“Flowers were sent to my elderly mother from my sister in New Zealand. They were broken, wilting and nothing like the Strawberry Sorbet in the photo on the website. On complaining to the email address I was told that because I am not the recipient or the ordering client (who is in NZ) they couldn’t help me, even providing a phone number was no good as they couldn’t ring my mum as it’s not on the order! No way are these worth the money. There were 9 stems in total, the roses (5) wilted before they came out. The alstroemerias are nice but no way does it look like the photo, more garage forecourt!”

“I always use FF. This was my first on-line order and seemed to get it right. So far, only one lot of the 3 flowers have been acknowledged by my friends. I hope they contact me soon to say they received gift. I like fF and will continue to use them.”
