“I have sent four bouquets to family / friends since March. 1.The flowers for Mrs Barry following her husband and within 8 days her mother's deaths arrived dead. These you replaced but it was a very upsetting experience. 2. The flowers for my niece Ms. Sally Probett were fine and she was very pleased with them. 3. The flowers for Mrs M. Box arrived late, with broken stems, and the gel went all over her work surface. 4. The sunflowers for Mr. & Mrs Rubery were lovely. Only 50% success!”
