“Was really disappointed with the bouquet I ordered got my friends birthday as there were no sticks snd it was smaller than the pic of Citrus Zing. However after emailing my complaint I was promptly answered snd offered a 25% refund which I accepted and bought my friend another bunch from Tesco to make up.”

“The flowers arrived early the day after placing the order together with chocolates. The recipient was so pleased and surprised. Nice to cheer someone up with flowers... the chocs were an added bonus!!”
