“Avoid at all costs. Ordered a gift box which supposed to have 'going xi fa cai' writing, but delivered something that is nothing like it. Asked why delivered wrong and the only reply I get is 'actual product may vary in shape and design'. I understand things can vary, but this is something totally different. Asked for refund, no response.”
“The worst experience I have ever had. I did not get a call during delivery but only got an email for attempted delivery and followed up over email with their support straight away asking them to place the flowers outside the door. I did not get a call or any reply to the email and the flowers were not delivered.
Since then I have emailed them 6 times and called them 8 times. No replies at all on email. Over call I get to know that they tried to deliver and will not refund any money. Despite not delivering, calling me, or following email instructions. I have now been on a call with them 8 times with the same reply they will call back the same day when they have looked at the case. They never call back. Still refusing to refund the money I am in shock over the bad service and hostage of the funds for these flowers. Never use them!!!”

I really like how it was decorated for Christmas.
Not to say that the items in the hampers are truly appropriate for Christmas.
They have green and black olives, Ferrero Rocher chocolate (who doesn't love chocolate during the holidays), St Dalfour Fruit Spread, and some chips.”

I called them in the morning and reprentative gave some nasty excuses and at last it never got delivered, I paid SGD 80. Please get ready for surprises. “Received notification that my gift was delivered. My dad (recipient) did not get a call. He was home all day and no-one buzzed the apartment. FNP assured me that it was ‘left on doorstep’. Now I have no idea what has happened to the gift.
I asked for a refund but this was not even entertained by FNP, which for a large company, is very disappointing. I will not be using this service again.”

“Website showed cost at $79 but was billed $198 and the item delivered didn’t look like what it was on the site either. There was zero communication from FNP why there was a price hike till I checked and even then, no proper explanation why the hike was more than double. Never ever going back to them.”
