“I received my order within a couple of days. Sadly it was damaged in transit. I emailed fodabox and within a couple of hours they got back to me offering me an immediate replacement or a full refund. I opted for a replacement as I wanted it for a gift. The replacement arrived the following day completely intact. You can’t ask for better service than that. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them and will certainly order from them again.”

“Had not heard of Fodabox but found the brownies via internet search - an unusual product that fitted the bill as a special present perfectly. Very impressed with the service, both from Fodabox and the supplier Mode and Grace. I made a mistake with my order details and it was rectified immediately, with helpful email replies from both parties first thing on a Saturday morning! Delivery was right on time.”
