“You write, I've, '... recently made a purchase...' but I don't know if, indeed, I have, as my online banking protection did not allow the transaction to go through. So, unless you have the means to overrule my digital banking protection, then I have not made a purchase. VBK.”

“Purchased a pre-owned phone which was dispatched and the next day delivery was excellent. The phone was in excellent condition (virtually new) and has worked perfectly. I have only had it a week but I'm very satisfied to-date with the purchase. Ideally I would have reviewed this purchase after a couple of months of use, but nothing so far has indicated anything but a great phone at a great price.”

“Phone arrived very quickly. The he phone that came had a few problems so was sent back. Paid another £25 for an immaculate phone. Again sent promptly next day delivery. Customer service is excellent if there are any problems. Would recommend absolutely!”

“The phone was categorised as immaculate and it was, so excellent rating on the phone. Good service,. Only issue I had was the tracking number that was provided was not recognised by Royal Mail website so was unable to track. I'm very happy with the phone and service 8/10.”
