“Sent me the black note 4 when i ordered the white one, also says white in the delivery note. Ive tried contacting fonegiant but customer service non existant. Will never use again, will not recommend.”

“I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Mega to replace my old one. They are hard to get hold of now so I was really pleased that this one was in excellent condition and is a newer version of my previous one. We also purchased an S5 but it didn't have 4G and had a scratch on the screen - Fonegiant replaced it within 48hours. Excellent service, very reasonable prices and good detailed description of item condition. Will recommend and will use again. Thank you Fonegiant”

“What can i say. I thought it was to good to be true. I even orderd a phone after the over night deadline.i spoke on the instant chat and the guy tild me they will still get my phone to me over night. Results...... The phone turned up by the morning... Cheap...great service.....excellent price....fast... My phone was as good as any new phone yet it was half price. Will now get a phone for my partner... Well done..”

“I was on the market for an upgrade but wasn't prepared to splash out a huge amount. So when I saw a Sony xperia Z2 black for £130 I thought I would jump at the chance. In the description it says good but didn't state that there was a crack on the screen next to the camera which I was slightly disappointed. Also there was a small scratch on the lens of the camera but doesn't affect the quality of the pictures. I had to factory reset the phone as it was still in the user mode from the previous owner. It would have been nice for the phone to be clean but unfortunately it wasn't. I also have to order a new cover for the charging point and sim card cover as the rubber seal came off within a few days of using the phone. The back glass cover was also very scratched and will need to be replaced. The box said white even though it was a black model and the charging cable wasn't a Sony brand but did work so not an ussue. There was a good tempered glass front cover included which I put on and the case was good but I had one ordered already. Apart from the few minor flaws this phone is working absolutely beautifully and am very happy with the speed of delivery and progress. I will be using your website again but I would suggest you put a better description to avoid disappointment for your future customers.”

“I ordered a grade b phone for a great price that was in good condition. I had a bit of trouble with it down the line but they were true to their warranty and attempted to repair it. After one week in repair, they have sent me a new one in immaculate condition. Great customer service I would recommend to everyone.”

“I purchased a refurbished LG G4, and this was my first purchase from this website. The phone was pretty cheap, so at first I was worried that maybe it was a scam, or the phone would be in a bad condition but it turned out great! And since I ordered it before 2pm my phone came the next day. Great website, with very fast delivery!”
