“Delivery after 2 days when quoted next day. Still not bad. Good value but description of phone as immaculate was a bit "generous". The phone had no major scratches or dents but had been well used and needed a good clean.”

“This phone for a start was in unacceptable condition. i knew that i was buying a grade C phone. but this was more like grade E condition. Recently I have noticed the vibrate function doesn't even work. Today, the phone ran out of battery. When i turned it on, it came up with an error message saying HTC sense has stopped working. This is the 3rd time this has happened since I bought the phone. Every time a factory reset has to be done and I lose all my data on my phone. Please advise how i can return this phone for a refund, or a swap for a working phone. even if i need to pay extra.”

“I bought the iPhone 6s Plus for an amazing offer. The phone was in an immaculate condition as promised. The next day delivery was very convenient as I was able to receive the phone before I went off on holiday. Excellent communication with quick response from customer service team via email and telephone. They charge no delivery fee what so ever-how amazing! Everything is exactly as it states on their website. I absolutely loved the service I received from fonegiant. I am most certainly looking to buy more products from this company; offers the item in a brand new condition for low price- bargain. Would highly recommend this company. Very reliable and most importantly cheap! Would suggest you buy your latest gadgets from fonegiant!! You're realllyyy misssinggg out if you haven't ordered from fonegiant yettt Love love love love love fonegiant!!!”

“I can give just one star for this company. For customer service they was very polite and helpful. Unfortinitely, I didnt get phone. Because, when they send my a phone it was locked. In the phones description was said phone is unlocked.Later they send my unlocked code, but still phone doesnt working. So, I have to return phone to them. They said that they will send my another one, but at the end they cancel the order and return my money back. All this process last three weeks. I am dissapointed of Fone Giant. And suggest for others think teice before buy from this company. And for company I suggest to check the phones before send them for customers, because this was companies mistake.”

“Sent me the black note 4 when i ordered the white one, also says white in the delivery note. Ive tried contacting fonegiant but customer service non existant. Will never use again, will not recommend.”

“I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Mega to replace my old one. They are hard to get hold of now so I was really pleased that this one was in excellent condition and is a newer version of my previous one. We also purchased an S5 but it didn't have 4G and had a scratch on the screen - Fonegiant replaced it within 48hours. Excellent service, very reasonable prices and good detailed description of item condition. Will recommend and will use again. Thank you Fonegiant”

“Phone i requested was not in stock, took a week to resolve with a worse quality phone and a slight refund, although a tempered glass screen protector was added for free. Service - 2/5, Customer Service - 4/5”
