“Ordered a phone yesterday before 2 pm . Been told it will be send by special delivery next day which is today . My tracking number shows nothing on post office tracker website . I called fonegiant customer service the person on phone said he is not sure when I'm going to receive my phone it will be today or tomorrow . But he's not sure . What a waste of time and money”

“I wanted to spy on my wife, so I have gave them a try. I have sent an email using the form available on the website, to contact with someone with indirect contact with hackers. “This company is the worst for customer service. The iPhone 7 in Rose Gold was supposed to be in excellent condition but did not charge which was purchased for 9 year old granddaughter from Santa, hard to explain to child how we were to ask Santa for a new one. Constant emails with no reply. So frustrated so next step will have to be Trading Standards.”

“Despite claiming a money back return policy, they would not issue my refund despite many attempts to request it. Different members of support keep replying "please describe your issue" even though I have described it repeatedly. It's a scam backing for a supar product. I am very disappointed since I had read positive reviews prior to purchase. I am now attempting to get refunded through their biller and if that doesn't work will be refusing the charge on my bank's side. This could have been resolved more efficiently if they would have been willing to follow their own refund policy.I sort online and found the best monitoring app when I found Scott .
