“The phone was sold as being in 8.5 out of 10 condition. Was it heck. Couple of deep scratches on screen, cracked casing in 3 places, poorly fitting rear cover, intermittent headphone jack AND charging port. Some heavy handed oaf has clearly had a go at fixing the phone up. Yes it works but they charged a lot for it and were quite deceptive about phones actual condition.”

“Pleasantly surprised. Fonegiant were the cheapest option, so I wasn't expecting perfection, but the phone is in almost new condition and arrived promptly. I could have spent more elsewhere and got less. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again!!”

“Ordered phone on Friday and arrived on Wednesday. Phone was locked by network and I had to call to get number to unlock it. It took them 5 minutes to send me the unlocking code. Polite when dealing with my query.”
