“After emailing the company about one of the phones on the website and getting an instant response, I bought one of the phones I had been looking at. The phone had been described as grade B... however, when I received the phone - the next day no less, it was in original packaging and looked to me pretty much brand new - no marks that I could see at all. The phone is excellent and I've saved well over £100 than if I'd bought new. Great service, would definitely recommend. I will never buy a new phone again!”

“Phone itself was excellent and very good for the price I paid. However the service was a bit slow (2 week delay) and they gave it in another phones box, but they were kind enough to give me tempered glass cover as compensation.”

“Fantastic customer service. Order placed for iPhone 4 late Sunday evening and phone received Tuesday by 9.30am. Excellent condition but problem with battery so sent back without a problem and a new phone received by retur. Not a hint of problem. Fantastic and will always use in future. “Brilliant experience with a company who are clearly well versed in running their enterprise to an excellent standard. My phone arrived the next day, as promised; the phone was a Nokia Lumia 640 LTE. I had previously ordered from another supplier, Amazon, at £30 more, + delivery costs. I returned it to Amazon as it was NOT the LTE/4G version, but an earlier, outdated model. Kudos to FoneGiant for supplying a brand new, better specified phone for £30+ less AND with free delivery AND with warm and friendly customer service on my follow-up questions on usage of the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, the services and products of FoneGiant and expect that they will be the next big name in the communications industry, because service and value of this calibre, are rarely experienced today [especially in online transactions].
