He re-ordered the correct length and had it delivered to the pro-shop.
Mark called me at home to inform me of the expected delivery time.

“I have had nothing but trouble with my order. Not all of my goods were initially delivered despite receiving an email saying they had. Then after some chasing up of the pro shop and the supplier they acknowledged there was a problem with the courier and my order was now ready to be collected. On picking up my order a good two week after placing it one of the items was still wrong. I am still awaiting my order to arrive as ordered.”
“Ordered two different golf bags and one was out of stock but Mark at Foremost kept me informed and tried to source another bag without success, so they supplied a more expensive bag at no additional cost. Bags were delivered to collection club all within five days. I was very pleased with service and the bags.”
