I’m sure the product I’ve bought will be impeccable but my husband hinted that he would like a particular product, I told him that I’d already got him something, (I hadn’t). I wanted to surprise him. The parcel arrived promptly but he answered the door to my horror the parcel was not covered and arrived (it may as well been a neon sign) with FORTNUM & MASON plastered on it, not good, The surprise gone, we are in our middle sixtes so not a lot of surprises after 48 yrs of marriage. Very disappointed. I know it’s not the end of the world. But cover it up in future especially at this time of the year.

Thank you for an amazing afternoon tea Such a lot of choice of teas and food was so different and a waiter Ivan was so helpful and attentive My friend her daughter and my daughter came to celebrate my 60th birthday It was such a lovely way to celebrate

A huge thank you to Clive, Joya and Mohammad at the St.Pancras branch. All the staff were helpful and polite.Today, Joya helped in suggesting what might be suitable for my gift box. She then, with grace and acumen ,wrapped the box beautifully. I received excellent service. From Kauser

I needed help putting a bespoke hamper together for friends in Los Angeles. I rang customer service and Kallum helped me achieve my list of English goodies. Perfect advice and knowledge. This was excellent service and he is a credit to Fortnums. Thank you.

They are our go to store when in Town as always. We purchased there Piccalilli which the family finished in one go. Ha ha as we live 300 miles away now O well wait till our next trip lol well done Fortnam and Mason .

I had a wonderful experience at Fortune&Mason in the tea department I wanted to creat a tea blend for two members of my family, the gentleman that served was so attentive, helpful and very polite and knowledgable his name is Ayodeji, I go often to shop in furtun&mason quite often and always notice that the service is excellent.

I ordered some rose and violet infusions - heavenly. They arrived beautifully packaged and made me feel very special. They know how to spoil you! I recommended that to my sister but alas, they were not to be found in the Piccadilly store.

Manchester I am elderly and a carer , tried going online to send a gift to our son and wife in Vancouver, as a surprise for them at Easter . I left it late because I was nervous about ordering online . Cannot believe how quickly the gift was delivered , in fact one gift arrived just in time for Easter , which was wonderful . I placed an on line order for delivery and realised I had omitted an item. I contacted customer service and they were able to amend my order and allowed me to pay the difference without incurring further delivery charges. The customer service staff were very efficient and polite.

I would like to say , I had a slight problem with one of the items my husband had purchased , when I rang customer services I was greeted by a very polite man whom very kindly resolved the problem I never write reviews, but felt compelled to have my say at the way I was treated with dignity I asked for he’s name ‘and he told me he’s name was Nathan I must say that Nathan’s attitude was 10 out of 10 and I would gladly keep shopping at fortnum&mason because of this young mans ability to communicate with me made me feel confident how we spend our money Thankyou Nathan

I god a bit worried last weekend when i visited this site having placed an order for a birthday hamper delivery 2 days ahead a long way from London. Anyway it all worked perfectly and my order was delivered at lunchtime on the date requested! Thank you F+M and Dpd for the fantastic service!

I have held an account with this company for many years. And I have to say I have never been disappointed. This year I ordered only a few non perishable goods for Christmas gifts and got them delivered to my home so I could then dispatch to frinds. I work in the transport industry and realised it would be difficult because of covid to get the normal service, The network is delivering PPE, vaccines, covid tests and results. Etc, etc. That and the fact people are working from home, so don't have the same information as they were in a place of work. It has been a difficult year for many, and I have to say if a delayed or cancelled Christmas present is your problem, you are very fortunate.

I ordered a hamper on Sunday, 6th Dec I received a message yesterday, Tuesday, 8th Dec to say it would arrive today between 12.39 -13.39. True to their word my hamper arrived at 12.45. Can’t fault the service, I ordered another “present” from a company in York, 10 miles from my home, it won’t arrive until Friday. I did have some doubts after reading some of the reviews, I’m glad I decided to continue with my order, well done F&M.

US Customer-Tea order filled timely and delivered ahead of schedule! I have been to the store many times, but my annual business trip to London is off this year. My first international order and I am quite pleased. Regards Steve
