“After having a canvas delivered for a presant for Christmas when opens had scratches on the photo . I contacted the company who responded very quick giving me options so I chose to have a refund so the person that it was a gift too can pick another canvas out . Thank you free prints for sorting this out I would use you again”

“I’ve been using this company for years great service and always impressed with the photo gifts , I highly recommend them but only recently I had a delay with my order and that was down to Royal Mail”

“I use them most months for the 45 freeprints. Always been really good. Just got an email with optional opt out for mothers day emails for people who struggle with it which I thought was a really good touch.”

“Ordered a few times from FreePrints, I think the fact that you get 45 prints free a month and just pay delivery is great... and if you do want more than 45 photos, which I have in the past, their prices are so good. All of the photos I have ordered so far have been good quality, exactly what I wanted and arrived very quickly too.”

“It lets me print 45 free prints each month and only charges me a small fee for postage. I have hundreds of photos on my phone, which would I had never got around to getting developed and now it's so easy with freeprints. It's exciting waiting for the postman to arrive and lovely to actually be able to hold a photograph, show to friends and family, make copies as gifts and sometimes frame them. Enlargement and white borders are just some of the other options you can choose. I have also joined photo books and photo tiles. I highly recommend that you download the free apps, you won't be sorry.”

“This site is amazing you get 45 free prints every month, and they are amazing quality photos too you can upgrade the sizes choose matt,gloss, border with them you just pay postage. I always order more than 45 too as I have a nearly 1 year old grandson and take loads of photos you can't have too many memories would highly highly recommend this site, just give it a go x”

“I have used Freeprints for many years and most of the time they are great. They are badly let down by customer service repeating parrot fashion that they cannot help. It is like banging your head against a brick wall. Thanks to them I have missed out on 45 freeprints plus 6 others through no fault of mine and it will be another four weeks before I can get any more. I would only recommend with caution.”
