I'm very disappointed about the non existent costumer care. I sent 2 cards in December 2020 and Feb 2021 and none got delivered! So when, on Feb 20th 2021 I complained, they answered with an automated reply and changed the delivery date for Dec 2021, when I order the card on 11 Dec 2020! And when I try to cancel it, as i thought it didn't want to resent it for Dec 2021, they said it was to late to cancel the Order! I'm very upset and disappointed! And I will not use this company again and I will tell all my family and friends not to trust freeprint, especially at this time, with lockdown and shielding lasting a year... not be able to meet anybody, cards is the only tangible thing we can give, and was denied by Freeprint incompetence and misleading app!

My account has been shutdown by them without any notice or reason. Appalling service. Would never recommend you after this experience with your poor customer service staff and how you have shut down my account!!

Well I paid for a large print. But when I received they had cut my Dog off the picture. 2 free prints 4x6 were fine. Tried emailing only to be told its a generated non replying email address. I'd be very careful about paying for prints and maybe just order the free prints.

If I could rate no stars I would... ordered 10th.... fast track delivery... 14 days later no order contacted several times times different excuses... Royal mail... be with me.soon. I got so fed up eventually nearly 20 days later I got a full refund but would never recommend you !!!

I ordered the prints on 25th November and have not received them yet. I have reached out to the customer services team but still no reply received. I have to add that I have paid extra for 1st class delivery. According to the order status my prints should have arrived by 30th November..

Would give less if i could! ordered and paid 1 - 2 days delivery - the delivery turned up over a week later with half of the photos cropped out! customer service are rubbish and dont even get back to you!

Used this company before a few times and had no problems. This time I ordered some fridge magnets, i cropped the pictures how i wanted them, and two turned up not how I had cropped them, cutting half of the pictures out. Emailed customer service 3 times to be told it's my own fault and they print how I put it, they said "we have already explained but out of courtesy, this time only we will refund you". So I found the pictures and how I ordered them and they were NOT printed the same. Not using this company again, rude customer service!

Dull,dark and mostly slightly blurred,nothing like the quality of the taken photographs. First order but will not use again.

Total con!!!!! Offer you free small canvas print and then add on £7.99 for postage when you can order small one from elsewhere which are cheaper including postage!!

Brilliant idea for an app however I ordered on the 9th of May and expected delivery 28th. Paid for postage as you do with this app but the delivery time is horrendous.

I ordered and paid for a photo box with my last order. The photos have arrived but no photo box was included. I have emailed them twice allowing 72 hours between emails and no reply. I will not use this company again. I would NOT recommend.

Photos very dull and dark. Will have to have them printed again elsewhere. It’s a shame as I’ve used this site before with no issues.

My pictures haven’t turned up. There’s no tracking number. They keep thanking me ‘for my patience’ which is actually winding me up because I am not feeling patient, I’d like to yell at someone!

I had my parents photos printed..... They are brilliant. My in laws taken at same venue dreadful. Went straight in bin.

I was happy enough with the photos however, on arrival the album cover had a deep visible scratch which was unacceptable. I complained via the app as suggested and 4 days later I am still waiting for a response. I tried emailing and got an email back saying I need to go via the app. Complained 2 days later again via the app. Still waiting for a response. Very disappointed.

I ordered 4 photo tiles 2 months ago now and still awaiting my order. Emailed customer services and they say they use a courier who don't give you an estimated time of arrival, will only attempt delivery 3 times and do not post an attempt to deliver notice through your door. Apparently they have attempted delivery twice already so they can only attempt one more time but can not tell me when this will be. No correspondence to say they have even attempted delivery once. So unfortunately due to not being able to stay in the house 24-7 in hope that the delivery will arrive I have asked for a refund. No recognition to this being any fault of their own. In fairness I have received prints from freeprints before now and would never have questioned their business which is so unfortunate.

Poor quality photos. Contrast is awful. Too much orange. Some cropped without my knowledge and rest don’t reflect the images I uploaded. Will not waste any more time or money on this app
