“The product arrived quicker than expected. Although I was at first surprised that it arrived with no instructions for use, the delivery leaflet said to find instructions on the Freshly Fermented website which I found easily; I think it's a good idea to help save paper. My yoghurt was really easy to make and tastes delicious!”

“The Kefir grains arrived quickly and well packaged. After a few uses they have increased significantly and, 2 weeks later, are producing nice creamy kefir (using skimmed milk). I have not rated this supplier as 5 stars because I did not find the instructions for use particularly clear or helpful and in fact I found and followed, better instructions elsewhere.”

“All arrived as expect, but very short use by date.. I had bought it as a present and was unable to use it as a gift because of the short date. I had to use it myself which wasn't an issue, but I was disappointed as I had thought that it would have been a great gift for a fellow baker.”

“Wide range of very good products, good value for money, and arrived very quickly. The website also has lots of really useful information and instructions. The skyr starter we got is really good, pretty close to the skyr we had on Iceland.”
