“I bought a small packet of milk kefir grains from Freshly Fermented. They were delivered quickly, and within around 3 days I had my first homemade kefir to drink. The instructions for use on the website are clear and comprehensive, and the product is excellent.”

“Initially we were glad to find items in stock during the pandemic, then we found exactly what we had been after... and so much more - we ended up having to purchase some storage drums to contain all that we bought (securely), but we are so, so pleased we bought from Freshly Fermented. Now my wife makes sourdough as often as she can.”

“After living in Sweden for a number of years I developed a taste for filmjölk, unable to find a local supply I stumbled across freshly fermented whos starter culture gave me the ability to produce great tasting filmjölk at home within a few days; hopefully I can keep it healthy for many years to come... thanks!”

“Kefir grains arrived promptly and online instructions were very clear. As promised it took a few days to get going but now after a week I'm producing lovely yogurty kefir. The grains are growing too and i'm looking forward to sharing with friends. I wish I'd known about this years ago - it's so easy!”

“I ordered Viili short grain and it arrived in perfect condition. I followed the instructions, which were easy to understand. I now have a constant supply of yoghurt which I have on my granola every morning. It saves me a lot of money and I am saving the planet by not buying yoghurt in plastic pots!”
