“This was the first time i had made an order with this company. I feel the prices are fair and they provide a fast and efficient delivery service. Also I found the website excellent and very helpful and clear in explaining the techniques of fermenting. Overall, a good company to deal with and I shall be ordering more in the future.”

“My kefir arrived with a damaged notice attached from the Post Office. I phoned Freshly Fermented to explain and a fresh batch was dispatched immediately, no quibbles at all. New batch arrived with no problems and drank my first delicious kefir this morning”

“Great item. I didn’t have a chance to do the yoghurt straight away so I put the sachet in the fridge till the other day ( 3 weeks later) - no need to worry, the yoghurt was perfect”

“The kefir grains that I bought are great. They do a very nice kefir in one day and helps me to keep my gut bacteria healthy. The bacteria colonies of the kefir grains are enormous and seem very health. I recommend it”

“Love the sourdough starter I purchased. I kept back my review until I had baked a few batches to see how it progressed. It is delicious. It was easy to find what I wanted on the site and ordering was simple. I will definitely be ordering more products and am already recommending it”

“I am writing to say how much I love the range of products and the clarity of the recipes and instructions. Thanks to lockdown I have a DIY pizza oven, thanks to Freshly Fermented, sourdough pizzas are being created in it! I have also been using the Ginger Beer Plant and experimenting with flavours with syrups from my allotment in cocktails and mocktails, it has been going down a treat, very well received by everyone. Can’t wait to try the ginger water crystals too. After sales were really quick to reply, helpful and informative and happy to give advice. Great products and great people, 5 stars from me!”

“The package arrived within the time frames given. Very good quality grains. Had a few wobbles during the 'settling in' period but thereafter and up to the present I'm getting really good smooth goats milk Kefir.”

“A great service! My grains arrived promptly and a little sooner than I expected. They were in great condition and were set to work immediately. I have actually make contact for some post sales advice which I regret to say I made in the evening. I obviously wasn’t expecting to hear back at the time but I went on to exchange some messages with a very helpful person who offered some great tips. I can’t fault the service!”

“Good product, arrived in timely fashion, I'm using goat's milk and after one infusion the kefir grains were producing a lively refreshing drink and obviously enjoying themselves as they are multiplying with gusto.”
