“Very helpful customer service team answered all my questions very well. I used the priority delivery which arrived as promised 2 days after my order. The instructions provided with the ferment is also very good. If I need more sourdough starter I will certainly go to Freshly Fermented. Thanks.”

“The product arrived in a foil pouch, I decanted it into a kilner jar and fed as per the instructions. Used it to make bread and pizza dough, just sits in the fridge and is fed before use.”

“I had planned to start my cultures again but had a trip planned so ordered just when the crazy COVID19 panic started and the service was amazing!! Both my milk and water kefir and doing great and just baked my first loaf of San Francisco sourdough!! Thank you for your excellent products and customer service , specially in this tough times!”

“I followed the simple instructions on the packet to activate the starter and had no problems. I looked online for recipes many of which seemed very complicated. I chose a Paul Hollywood recipe which looked easy, it worked. I have found leaving the loaf to rise overnight in an unheated room gives a much better result. I may have to try the fridge when the weather heats up. Am now trying other recipes.”

“Excellent service. I put the wrong postcode down and I was contacted swiftly by someone at Freshly Fermented to check my details. My order arrived quickly and the quality of the Kefir grains I ordered is excellent. Have yet to use the other items but I have high hopes. Can't complain at all - very happy customer :-)”

“Tried a few mesophilic yoghurts; so cool and super easy. I'm always so nervous with fermentig stuff; that it might not work or whatever, but these yoghurts... doesn't get easier than this :) Next step will be Kefir and Kombucha. Regarding delivery and all of that, I live in Austria, never had any issues, everything perfect, thank you very much!”
