“Matsoni/Caspian sea yoghurt Is just fab. I use UHT milk full fat or semi which needs no boiling; just pour out from the fermented jar and top up. I usually have 3 jars on the go. I did freeze some to take to my partner in Greece and now the family is making it. Curiously, the grandmother's family originates from Sansum.”

“Products were well packaged and arrived on time. I've already baked with both sourdough starters and they work well. Very nice bread! I haven't made yoghurt yet, but am looking forward to doing so. The online instructions were very good. I'd shop here again.”

“I browsed a bit when shopping for water kefir grains, and Freshly Fermented's website was so clear, thorough and enticing, that I went for them. On top of being organic, the product was very affordable, I received it promptly. I printed out all the relevant info available on the website, it is very detailed. I now happily drink my kefir everyday.”

“Excellent product and delivered quickly in good packaging. I am now producing (and enjoying) beautifully fresh kefir. I am hoping it will help my digestive issues and I have to say, so far, so good. Highly recommended!”

“I ordered sourdough, milk kefir grains and a scoby. The kefir grains were difficult to activate until I stored them in another room. From there on, nothing could stop them. Yesterday I made my first rye sourdough bread and it is absolutely delicious. The Kombucha is still fermenting and my first Kefir will be ready tonight. The only thing I would have loved to see are some recipes for e.g. sourdough bread, differently flavored Kombucha, etc..”
