I tried to order a bouquet of flowers for my Aunt and Uncles 50th wedding anniversary. Wanted to change/add flowers to .ake the arrangement like their wedding flowers. After 4 days and several live agent chats 2 phone calls a cancelled order. The arrangement (The Bursting Yellow Bouquet) the flowers received were a complete disappointment. They did not look anything like the image on the website. It was neither Bursting Yellow or Premium. The flowers described on the website had Yellow Roses, Yellow Gerber Daisies, Yellow Carnations and Yellow Alstromeria. The arrangement received Did not have Roses or Gerber Daisies. When I complained they offered to resend the order offered me a discount. They connected me with a manager who again offered to resend the order. My Family were leaving town so that wasn't an option. So my only other option was 50% off of the flowers ticket price. Not the total order. Good luck trying to do special orders or having the flowers from their website looking like the flowers your recipient receives. Very Unhappy Customer.

I'm from Costa Rica. I purchased fromyouflowers.com an order for my girlfriend on 2/15/24 for Valentine's day. I selected the Deluxe bouquet with 3 ballons, big teddy bear, big box of chocolates and a V-day's card. All to a total of $155. My gf received the order on 2/16/24. The condition and quality of the order was horrible. The bouquet had barely 4 roses and a couple other random flowers, it came with only 1 DEFLATED balloon when I paid for 3 and it didn't even come with the V-days card. The flowers did not look fresh and somewhat deteriorated, soggy and had dark edges. I immediatly request to chat with this vendor to request a full refund to my original payment method, only be offered a 30% refund. I escalated this with their supervisor and after being transfered multiple times, I was ensured a full refund in the next 3 business days. Next day 2/17/24, I receive an email saying "Thank you for your recent order. Please accept our apologies, as we were notified by our credit card processing company that your banking institution is unable to process the refund offered on your order successfully. Typically this is caused by the card linked to the account being lost or stolen. Therefore, we will be issuing you a gift certificate for 155.18 dollars to equal the amount of the refund offered on your order. You should receive this gift certificate via email in 1-3 business days." I called my bank, the transaction was on hold and they said the only ones who had the authority to cancel or refund at the moment is fromyouflowers.com. I chatted again with them to only be given a bunch of excuses for hours and no resolution but a gift card or a check in the mail that are useless to me as I do not reside in the USA. This business is a complete fraud and full of false advertising, DO NOT BE FOOLED by their wesite. Horrible customer service and complete scam. I will file a claim with the fraud department from my bank once the payment goes through and I will make sure to report these people in all social media platforms and consumer websites so this business does not continue to operate freely without any consequences.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my best friend's special birthday. When she sent me a picture of the arrangement she received, I was very upset. It looked nothing like what I ordered!! I called the company where they offered me a partial refund or a gift card ( lol, no gift card, since I will never order from them again!) I was able to get a 50% refund. But that doesn't make the disappointment go away.

Ordered Jan 12 to be delivered Valentine’s Day to my fiancé and waiting all day with UPS showing out for delivery arriving by 7pm finally almost 9 at night I get ahold of customer service and they say I’m sorry your order is rescheduled to be delivered Feb 20th I told them that’s not acceptable ruined our first Valentine’s engaged. I demanded a refund we will see if they actually refund. Don’t let them mess up your special occasion

My husband ordered flowers for my daughter for valentines. On Valentines it changed to delivery 2/15. THATS NOT VALENTINES!! For over $100, I expect delivery on the day scheduled. I called a rep, who changed the date back, then said delivery by 6. It’s a business and closes at 5. She said, sorry, that’s our policy. So she would absolutely allow a very busy florist to make flowers for delivery to a closed business on Valentines? I asked who the company was delivering the flowers. She hung up on me while saying something to an associate that I couldn’t understand. I ordered from a local florist who squeezed me in at 2:30 pm and I called back to ask for a full refund because I ordered elsewhere. The rep then offered 20% discount and they’d still deliver on 2/15. Like it was a HUGE favor to me. Excuse me??? Why would I do that? I just said I ordered elsewhere. I’m so disappointed with this service.

Ordered for Valentines day and spent well over 100 for a nice vase of roses some chocolates and a small bear. Ended up with 4 roses 8 carnations. Crappy chocolate, and the bear was cute atleast. Felt like 40$ worth of junk though. Just a completely embarrassing gift to send.

Ordered the Pretty Petal Bouquet on a Friday to be delivered on Saturday. Not only did they not get delivered, no one from the company reached out to say why. Monday morning, I contact them and received an "oh sorry! we apologize that delivery didn't happen" and offered to upgrade my flowers. The flowers that were received late afternoon on Monday should have been the premium bouquet. I would not want to see what the standard bouquet looked like. I will not be ordering through this company again. Feeling ripped off.

I ordered flowers for my niece's 25th birthday. I selected the "premium" bouquet since it was such a special birthday. What she received was a lot smaller than the picture of what I ordered. What she received was the size of the "regular" bouquet. I am very disappointed in what she received. She loved them and thought they were beautiful, but she didn't see what i actually ordered. I contacted the company and they refunded $15.26, that is not even the difference between the regular and the premium bouquet. I won't be ordered from here FromYouFlowers again.

The most terrible service ever experienced with ordering. I ordered a deluxe package with balloons and all. Not brought on time. Balloon and chocolate not brought. And what I ordered compared to what was brought was upsetting.

I purchased on January 22nd from fromyouflowers.com the Charming Garden of Love flower bouquet same-day delivery. I'll NEVER order from them again. It look like the delivery guy hit every bump in the road and through these flowers all over the place. It looks as if the person who arranged these flowers went skimpy on the materials and could not even find similar or even close to like flowers. You can easily count six different flowers in the online photo bouquet but once delivered there was only two different type of flowers and some kind of huge green leaves thrown in there…and they were all falling out of the vase and could barely stand on their own. It looks like they ran out of flowers and couldn't even make it look like a full bouquet nowhere near worth the money I spent…I called customer service immediately and they were trying to down play and get me to accept low-ball offers ….they finally offered me a 50% refund so I figured this was the best I was going to get. They said it take two to three business days to get the refund and when the refund finally hit it wasn't even 30% refund. I don't think The customer service representative can do simple math…Even if they were just figuring on the cost of the flowers alone and not the delivery cost or taxes they were still nowhere near 50%... I really felt this company did not care about my order, my special occasion or me as an individual from my interaction with the delivery all the way through my phone call conversation with customer service.

If there was a minus 1 star that would be my choice. Their customer service and standing behind their products and promises is disgusting! A $59 bouquet that I ordered to be delivered to my sister in Terlingua, Texas arrived with broken stems and dead flowers. I have photos that she sent to me. The company has "graciously" (total anger and sarcasm) offered a $15 refund. I will never use this company again and will find every venue possible to save others from this situation.

I never write reviews but this experience particularly irked me. Ordered my mom an $90 deluxe bouquet for her birthday. My first payment was "unsuccessful" so I tried a different method, only to find out the first one actually went through as well as the second attempt, so I ended up paying twice. Whatever. Then, they emailed me to let me know A) they can't deliver on the date I selected, and B) they didn't have the flowers I paid for so they'd need to substitute. I wrote back to let them know this was completely fine as long as the bouquet they put together was still "deluxe" quality and worth the $90 I paid. I got a vague but apologetic email back and just assumed they'd take care of it. Anyway, I've tried to attach the pictures here of what I ordered versus what my mom got. I'll let you decide if you think it's acceptable. I could've done better at the grocery store with $20 if I wasn't halfway across the country. Contact and coordinate with local florists directly and support them instead of giving this company your money. I won't make the same mistake of ordering from them again.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered flowers on December 11 to be delivered on December 26th for my friend’s birthday. It was very important that it arrive on time for her birthday because she is always forgotten on her day. The plant did not arrive on the 26th. I called and the person said it would be delivered the next day with an apology note. It wasn’t delivered on the 27th. I called again and this time they offered a $10 gift certificate. The plant was not delivered. I’m the 29th I called again. This time the person I spoke with followed up with the florist and emailed me. The plant was delivered but looked nothing like the picture. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. This plant cost me $62! I will not be using this service ever again!

I forgot to order flowers for a family member, for Christmas. I called 2 days ago on the 21st. Local florists could not deliver flowers for today! I took a chance on a company I had never heard of...'ForYouFlowers'....they guaranteed deliver today, and they did! The flowers were beautiful!!! I will definitely use this company again & highly recommend them.

Hi, good evening, let me share my experience with you, I must have been a customer for about 2 years, and I am passionate about flowers and I was enchanted by the flowers on this site, but unfortunately I was deceived and I only found out about this mistake on Monday, I always bought flowers for my friends here and had them delivered, but I never saw the flowers, however on Monday I had some flowers delivered to my friend who was having a birthday and I was the one who got a surprise, the flowers weren't even worth $20 once I always buy the premium one, what a shame, what a disappointment and I thought I was giving my friends a surprise by delivering the flowers, I was the one who got a surprise, I felt injured, robbed, deceived, you sell us something and deliver it another completely different one. After I saw my friend's flowers, I decided to ask other friends about the flowers, which was sent, and one more frustration, how sad I felt so bad about all this!! I have photos of all the flowers that I bought and which ones were sent, you really deserve to be sued, for destroying data that was supposed to be for parties and to steal the customer!! If I could, the review would be 0

First of all flowers were delivered two days late Flowers arrived via DoorDash from Safeway The flowers I ordered, did not resemble what was delivered, except they were both flowers. Would never recommend your company to anybody because what you pay for and select do not resemble the product that was delivered The first photo is what I expected. The second photo was what was delivered. Colors are not even close. There was no succulent in the delivered flower what was delivered was a cheap grocery store flower arrangement versus a quality florist delivery which is what I was expecting.

My wife received these flowers at work. The picture for the "FALL HARVEST BOUQUET" shows at least 5 roses. Her bouquet had ONE rose. The picture made the bouquet look full, you can see through the stems to the otherside in hers it is so light on flowers. THEN, the preview for the signature states "Signed: F*** Face" which is a little running joke but when she got the card there was no "Signed". It made it look like I was calling her a F*** Face when in reality is an inside joke for one of her nicknames for me. I should have gone with 1800-Flowers and next time, I will be.

Ordered flowers for special occasion two days in advance and paid extra for expedited shipping that guarantees delivery before 12pm. Flowers never arrived at 12, so I called them, and was assured that it will be delivered by 2pm.. 2:30pm and still nothing, then I get email that my order was delivered ! But nobody actually delivered anything ! I got cameras all around my house and nobody was on my property the entire day. This company is a scam ! Stay away from them as far as possible! This people should not be in business! They ruined the occasion and wanted to wait 24 to 48 while they investigate !

BUYER BEWARE!!! On 5/29/2023 I purchased an arrangement from “From You Flowers (FYF)” to be delivered on 6/2/2023. On 6/2/2023 at 5:30pm, the order had not been delivered so I contacted FYF and asked for a delivery update. FYF e-mailed me and stated the recipient was not home. The order was not left at the door, no call was made to me or the recipient, and no door tag was left. All of this should have bene done per the FAQs on FYF’s website. I responded to their e-mail and asked them to deliver it ASAP, the replied stating they would deliver it on 6/3/2023. On 6/3/2023, I received an e-mail stating “no one was available to accept the arrangement and deemed it unsafe to leave.” I called FYF and spoke with Joy, a supervisor, who assured me the order was delivered 6/2/2023 at 6:12pm. Are you still with me on this? First, they tell me no one was home on 6/2/2023, then they say it was unsafe to leave it on 6/3/2023, then they tell me it was delivered the previous day (6/2/2023). In speaking with “Joy,” she offered a 50% discount because I was unhappy. In another e-mail after speaking with Joy, FYF stated, “we would like to redeliver the item ordered to replace the one received.” So…now they are suggesting the order was delivered and they are replacing it because I am “disappointed!” FACT: The recipient was home with family recovering from surgery on both days and confirmed that no florist ever attempted to deliver anything to their home on 6/2/2023 or 6/3/2023. To sum up, FYF states that my order was delivered and was not delivered and is “willing” to give me a 50% refund for my disappointment.

I ordered flowers for my mum on Mother’s Day 4 days before Mother’s Day! My mum never received the flowers! I called back four times. They promised me that flowers are on the way. Men on the phone had heavy accent! She told me that flower is called going to be on the way! Flowers never made it to my mom only promises! I think it is some type of scam. They are collecting money by not providing bouquets.

I ordered flowers from their site for arrival on a special day. The flower that were delivered were not even close to what I saw on the site. I called cs and they were nice and offered me a coupon and to redeliver. They still delivered the wrong arrangement. Nothing like what was advertised on the site. Although their customer service was on point the fact that they can't deliver what's advertised is unacceptable. My spouse and I chose the DELUXE CLEAR BLUE SKIES BOUQUET SKU: TEV25-3 ($67.86) to our friend who's spouse died from cancer. Order #424953708 placed on 03/26/23. I worried about delivery details so I contacted the company via chat. Here is part of my conversation. "ME - This is what makes me worried. Some companies take pictures of the exact bouquet that is ready to be delivered. Some companies deliver very poor bouquet that is far from the picture and price we paid. Sufyan - You are covered by our 100 percent Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason your order was not delivered or any quality issue, we will be happy to work with you on whatever resolution you prefer." I didn't dare ask friend to take a picture and send it to me but today I sent the picture of the bouquet we chose and she sent me the REAL bouquet she got. My husband and I were shocked and we were embarrassed because our friend possibly thinks we chose such a miserable bouquet for them! YOUR description and real flowers are way different bouquet. DO YOU SEE ANY ROSE or BLUE CUBE VASE and the quantity of flowers in the deluxe bouquet?! SHAME ON YOU! We wish you and your disgusting company in the hardest moments of your families to get NO flowers or the poorest quality gifts from such companies like yours! I order some flowers this week. What was delivered was significantly different than what I ordered. I attached a picture to this review of what I ordered with a picture of what was delivered. You can see there are less flowers in the bouquet. I understand that some flowers may no be in season, bloomed, etc. But your site indicates that they will replace those with other flowers. There are no replacement flowers in the bouquet delivered. There is 1 sunflower vs. the 3 in the picture. The bouquet is practically empty. I am utterly disappointed in this. This was a bouquet to be sent to my friend who lost her husband. I will not be ordering from you again.
