I ordered flowers from their site for arrival on a special day. The flower that were delivered were not even close to what I saw on the site. I called cs and they were nice and offered me a coupon and to redeliver. They still delivered the wrong arrangement. Nothing like what was advertised on the site. Although their customer service was on point the fact that they can't deliver what's advertised is unacceptable.
