The flowers were sparse, not bloomed and different colors than what was pictured. The flowers were supposed to be purple and pinks and they sent red and white. It was all awful. “DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They lie and only apologize for not delivering flowers when scheduleda do aid for and the flowers finally delivered are not even the flowers I ordered. I called and ordered flowers with 2 balloons online for my only daughters first child (a girl) to be delivered at the hospital the day after her birth. I paid the fees etc for next day service, with no next day delivery done. I called the main number that next evening (after delivery hours) on Saturday night around 8:30 pm asking them where and why my order was not delivered yet? The status of my order never changed neither. I asked them why not? They apologized and said it would be there the next morning (on Sunday) before noon. The flowers never came, I called a 3rd time and told them they better be delivered before the end of the day (5 pm) or I would CANCEL my order, plus my daughter would be discharged on Monday, and to tell them how very disappointed I was with their company! The delivery was not made that Sunday either, so I cancelled my order, and told them I wanted my full refund. The next day, on Monday, right as my daughter was being discharged to go home with her daughter, the flowers arrived at the hospital , not even close to the bouquet I ordered, and only 1 balloon. I was so upset and kind of embarrassed, to my daughter, I called the company again and demanded the full refund, which they did do, finally, so please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLOWER STORe because you will regret it!!”
“The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered and they did not deliver the complete order(I ordered something else in addition to the flowers). It was so disappointing, especially the reasoning behind the order today. Today was a year anniversary of this individuals mother passing. We really wanted to show love and appreciation on this day, but instead subpar service was given. Just disappointing. They gave 27.14 back, but it really was a check the box and keep going. Just was very unfortunate no care shown towards the customer or the recipient of the flowers:-(.”
“I usually read reviews before I place an order. Unfortunately I did not do that this time and I’m totally regretting it. I don’t know what this company even is because I placed an order online from them but the flowers that were received were from “Buds and Blooms” so I guess they just farm it out to other companies which I could’ve done that myself and save the middleman. The flowers were horrible looked nothing like what was pictured. I ordered the medium size exactly what I’m going to show in the picture that I’m posting I will never order from them again and would not recommend them. I did send them an email explaining to them the issue and received a generic automated message back. They did refund me $12.84 out of an almost $60 total order, not sure how they came up with that amount, as it was not a personal response that seemed specific to me or my situation. I gave one star simply because they did deliver some flowers, and responded quickly to my complaint, but that’s all that was good about it”
“Horrible experience. The first send did not arrive next day for funeral and the vase was Broken and flowers wilted. Called Friday and was told a new shipment would be shipped monday and arrive tuesday. It's Wednesday and delivery time is this evening. 3 days no water. They said 100 percent guarantee satisfaction but refuse to refund the money. Was offered 20 percent off. According to UPS tracking it was ground and not next day as paid for.

I had some flowers, small box of chocolates, and a birthday balloon delivered for my aunts birthday. I am EXTREMELY disappointed whit the product that was delivered. I ordered a Happy Birthday balloon and a greenish happy face balloon was sent. I ordered a small box of chocolates, and they delivered not one, but two happy Valentine’s Day boxes of chocolate (almost two months after Valentine’s Day). I ordered the deluxe flowers, the largest arrangement for the flowers for the arrangement I chose and the ones delivered were absolutely pathetic! It was such an EMBARRASSMENT.
I sent in photos of what was ordered as well as what what delivered and requested a FULL REFUND. Thwy apologized and provided a refund. BUT, my aunts birthday was ruined! I sent the flowers from California to Washington because I was not able to make it to see her on her birthday. My aunt was confused with the delivery but didn’t want to say anything about it. So she sent a picture. Boy, a picture is worth a thousand words!!
I asked the company to also send the original bouquet of flowers I ordered to my aunt as an apology from the company, and nothing. Basically citing I received a refund.

“What a flipping train wreck of a business!! I spent $75 on what was supposed to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I paid extra for 18 roses and the premium package to send to my grieving step son and his wife. Well let's just say I was extremely embarrassed after seeing the pic of what was sent to them. The roses were the only bloomed flower, they were half dead and half missing! The bouquet looked like it was taken out of the trash no lie!! When I called to complain they only offered me a 20% refund. I said that wasn't good enough. I wanted them to send them what I purchased, but they said they couldn't. The rep put me on hold to " so call speak to her team " she gets back on the phone and tells me they're going to refund me the full amount. Well 2 days later I noticed they only gave me back $23. Needless to say I will be calling back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by fixing their wrong so I wasn't going to leave a comment at all, but they did me dirty so yeah don't waste your time or money buying anything from this company unless you want to be highly let down and regret it! “I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my fiance 2/23/24 @ 9:41am. I paid for expedited service guaranteed within 4 hr delivery time. The address and recipient details provided. @ 11:30am received a call from cust service confirming address and recipient even though placed initially when ordering. I did verify 4 hr window for delivery as guaranteed. I was told yes indeed. @ 2:05pm I called and stated that no notification received about delivery. They called florist and after waiting 7 mins on hold they hung up on me. Called again at 3pm was told that the expedited additional cost was refunded and it will be delivered before 5pm. I called my fiance who left work at 5:05pm and nothing delivered. I called customer service, saying that florist just said it left florist @ 4:59pm and is on the way. I told them don't bother as she leaves 5pm. I requested them to return $75.57 spent back to me. They kept insisting several times to deliver to the house and get 20% off. I stated it was a special day for us and if they can't keep to their promises they shouldn't make them and have people pay additional for it. Bottom line they have done this to me 3 times already. “I tried to order a bouquet of flowers for my Aunt and Uncles 50th wedding anniversary. Wanted to change/add flowers to .ake the arrangement like their wedding flowers. After 4 days and several live agent chats 2 phone calls a cancelled order. The arrangement (The Bursting Yellow Bouquet) the flowers received were a complete disappointment. They did not look anything like the image on the website. It was neither Bursting Yellow or Premium. The flowers described on the website had Yellow Roses, Yellow Gerber Daisies, Yellow Carnations and Yellow Alstromeria.
The arrangement received Did not have Roses or Gerber Daisies. When I complained they offered to resend the order offered me a discount. They connected me with a manager who again offered to resend the order. My Family were leaving town so that wasn't an option. So my only other option was 50% off of the flowers ticket price. Not the total order.
Good luck trying to do special orders or having the flowers from their website looking like the flowers your recipient receives.
