I sent my daughter flowers for her birthday. They were supposed to be delivered by 5..I called and they were NOT delivered until 7pm!!! Then they were NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS IN THE PICTURE!!! the man on the phone apologized and said they would give me half my money back and a 10.00 gc...ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! then he apologized again and offered half my money and a 25.00 gc..NO!!! I asked to speak to his supervisor,because as I told him, this is false advertisement!!! He put me on hold for about 10mins..probably thinking I would give up..lol..little did he know I was NOT giving up. He then got back on and said I would have a full refund and he sent me a confirmation email. DO NOT GIVE UP AND KEEP TELLING THEM NO TO THEIR OFFERS UNTIL YOU GET A FULL REFUND! ALSO DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE...AWFUL
