“They accepted an order for a product that was not in stock, so it didn’t get delivered. They cancelled the order and did not notify that the order had been cancelled. When called the only solution they offered was a refund… didn’t fix the fact that nothing got delivered to my wife on our anniversary. Terrible service will never order again.”
“Was very disappointed that flower delivery was just left at the door. They didn't even ring the doorbell! Recipient was home.
If I hadn't contacted recipients husband ,they wouldn't not have known flowers hadn't been delivered!

“Flowers were for my Aunt’s 90th. They didn’t deliver on her actual birthday. No personalized vase, which I paid for. And the flowers were pretty much dead. Are you serious?”
“Flowers were supposed to be delivered same day. Paid extra for this service. No flowers were received yet they said flowers were delivered. Kept saying they would check with florist . Never received by my assistant for admins day. Customer service lies. They kept saying to check again that flowers had been delivered. Fortunately I paid with paypal and I disputed and paypal refunded me immediately. I truly believe this to be a scam place.”
“Horrible place. Wanted to fight about aa refund!! I spent 65 for roses and star lilies. Got one rose and burgundy roses. No lillies. I would have done better going to Kroger.”
“Supposed to have flowers delivered today for our secretary and they never showed up. I called them couldn’t understand the man what he was trying to even tell me, but said they would be there tomorrow. I used my PayPal, luckily, and then I look at it and they refunded me $3.21. I don’t know what is going on, but I will never ever use them again.!!! I highly doubt the flowers will even come. I’m so disappointed as this was for administrative professionals day today.”
“I should have read the reviews I haven’t learned my lesson I kept ordering hoping for the best.
Even if you order days in advance or pay expedited it will show up a day late or end of business especially for Administrative day.
This is the 3rd disappointed delivery no more !

“Terrible quality and presentation. If I could give lower than 1 star I would! I ordered a DELUXE $100 Easter basket that had your normal candy, like Peeps, Jelly Beans, little chocolate eggs,etc. And it had a plush 10" bunny. Requesting the deluxe at a higher price gave you the same items, only more of each. I sent this to someone very special and was trying to go big and make a grand gesture. First, it was thrown together like a 7 year old put it together, the appearance was very shoddy, there was no beautiful big bow that most Easter baskets are known for, it was a crinkled piece of rainbow ribbon wrapped around it. The basket itself was very small, too small for what it held, and it didn't hold much, a bunny with a few pieces of candy! It wasn't even worth $15, let alone $100. It was shoddy work, appearance was ugly, and I was never so embarrassed in my life when the receiver sent me a picure of it. I'm sure the receiver thought it was an actual insult, rather than a grand gesture! I was very upset and humiliated.”
“Flowers were a day late and more than a dollar short. The pictures show the purchase, the beautiful flower pictures are from the website and the last picture are the pitiful sunflowers. Really? Avoid this company as they offered 10% discount. Horrible.”
“The flowers were not as described in the photo for color or fullness of a premium arrangement. The balloon was nice and the delivery was on time. I wouldn't use this company again because the quality of the flowers. All the flowers are fully bloomed. These will only last a day or two before they start to wilt and die.”

“I received white peonies when I had ordered pink ones. The white ones turned brown before opening and that was only 3 of them. The others never opened and still turned brown. The replacement pink peonies also stunk and turned brown. Only a few bloomed and they were brown instantly. I didn't get the beautiful smell that I really love peonies for. I am so disappointed with these flowers and will never order from this company again. What I got and waited for to bloom was nothing like was advertised. The pink peonies that I received on Tuesday already were brown and dropping petals and really stunk. I would highly recommend no one to purchase these flowers from this company. Again, what a HUGE disappointment and a large waste of hard earned money just went in the trash with no enjoyment of these flowers.”
“Ordered flowers for my grandmothers Birthday. Called the company before placing an order to ask if the flowers going to be delivered in a vase. They assured me they are going to be delivered exactly as shown on the website from a local flower shop. I placed my order two days in advance. I was very disappointed when I received a email that UPS is the carrier! It means the flowers are going to be delivered in box ! Been waiting whole day and the flowers are not there yet! Very disappointed and mad that they lied to me just to get the business. Spare yourself frustration and find another more reliable and honest flower service!”
