“Terrible service! Glad to be reading these reviews too. They keep adding fees and service and wasn't happy about it. Called them and they decided to waive the delivery fee with a code, however, when I went to select the bouquet - it wasn't available, imagine that ! So selected a different arrangement, but wasn't available in the size I selected, ok, so I chose the deluxe version and then on checkout, they had the nerve to add on delivery and service fees! Bait and switch. Very frustrating. Reading the reviews, appears that the flowers are of poor quality and arrangements are not up to par either. Best not to use this service after reading all the other negative experiences and reviews.”
“I be paid for the deluxe for a funeral with a cross in the middle. There was no cross some of the flowers were dead and it was not deluxe. I reached out to them and then to compensate me for a $100 purchase they gave $15 back are you serious? I will never use them again so disappointed”

“This is not the flowers I ordered. I chose you over 1-800 flowers but shouldn't have. The flowers are horrible; no balloons. There is nothing that says Get Well with these flowers. And the vase is abhorrent. I paid good money for a poor flower arrangement. Your ratings on Google must be fake. I tried to upload a picture of those ugly flowers, and of course, it didn't work.”
“Please think about using another florist before you use them. I placed my order three days before my sisters funeral. on the day of the funeral the flowers never showed up. I was so devastated as this spray was to represent nieces and nephews. I called to get a refund and they were still trying to send me the flowers. I was in the funeral procession going to the military cemetery. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! and will be reporting them to BBB.”

They tried to "satisfy" me by giving me a $20 off gift certificate, which I declined because I will NEVER buy an arrangement from here again. We spent almost $90 on one arrangement. “They ruined my plans for my girlfriend's birthday by failing to deliver the bouquet of flowers and other gifts I ordered. I placed my order one week in advance to be delivered to her workplace. I made a special note that they deliver before 3 pm. I called, and they said it was okay. But they did not deliver until around 5 pm that day when I got a call from the florist. I told them I had to change to a home address because my girlfriend had left her workplace by then, and they said that was okay, but they still never delivered to her home. It was a horrrible experience and I will never recommend their service to anyone. I eventually got a refund, but they ruined my birthday plans for her. No amount of refund can make up for such a disappointment!”

“I ordered a mini rose plant for a funeral. It didn’t arrive. After Very long arguments with them on the phone, they agreed to send another plant to my house in 2days. That one arrived but the condition of the plant was not acceptable. On top of this it was listed for 47.99 but I was charged 59.99 plus extra for weekend delivery. Total cost was close to 80. Will not only never use them again, will let people know about their service. Totally dissatisfied.”
