“Ordered flowers for Mother's Day multiple days in advance. On Mother's Day I recieve notice that the flowers will not arrive! All the time, I continue to receive emails from them offering same day delivery!! Do not trust them with any important event, there is no guarentee it will arrive.”

I ordered roses and chocolate-covered strawberries for Mother’s Day and what arrived was unacceptable — the strawberries were completely melted, and the flowers were wilted and lifeless. I reached out to customer service with photos and got no response at all. Not only was the gift ruined, but the lack of communication made it even worse. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Total waste of money and a ruined special occasion.”

Never delivered and no notification to state they could not, if they did I would have made other arrangements. Then after all that they offered a whopping 20% discount to deliver late. Insulting!”

“This is the second time ending in dissapointment. Orded mothers day flowers 25 days in advance and again didn't make on the delivery date. If you want your flowers delivered on time. I would reccomend using another company. Quality of product is TBD for the obvious reason of not having them. Very disappointed. Would leave a zero star review if possible.”

“Flowers were delivered on the wrong day and were completely different from what ordered. Three of the roses in the arrangement were dead. When I asked for a refund they said they would give me 20% back and when I said no they upped it to 30%. Then I spoke with a supervisor who said she would give me 50% back and deliver knew flowers on the date I originally requested but there was no proof of the new order so I asked for a full refund. After hours of this they finally agreed to give me a full refund”
“I made 2 orders for Mother's Day and paid 9.99 for each order to ensure on time delivery. One was made on time, the other is scheduled to be delivered today, 2 days late. I chatted with someone at From You. They use overseas support. They told me the delay was because of the carrier and that they would check into it. Here's my problem. I purchased the Flowers from From You, not the carrier. From You chose the carrier. They don't get to defer blame to the carrier when deliveries aren't met. They picked the carrier. Also, when I asked for the delivery charge to be credited, they offered me a coupon instead. Now why would I want a coupon for a future purchase when I had problems with this one. I told the agent I preferred the credit. We'll see what happens. I am not at all impressed.”

“It would’ve been a beautiful surprise from my daughter, who sent me flowers from overseas on Mother’s Day. Instead, what I got was a bunch of crushed blooms delivered in a crushed box with a small box of melted chocolates because it was left at my door in mid afternoon heat of 90+ degrees.”

Flowers always come on time great customer service except last year when my mom got her flowers she didn't know who they were from they 4got to include my card ! “I ordered 2 arrangements to be delivered to the same address at the same time. 1. paid for a premium order with a special vase. Received a subpar and much less elegant vase.
2. They charged 2 delivery fees to the same address and same transaction.
3. The second order was a podium order where 10 roses were shown. Received 6 roses and I didn't appear anything like the picture. I agreed for them to replace it. The new one still didn't look like the order and was not the premium bunch I paid for.
I'm not sure what they're doing to qualify the florist for quality but never again.”
“Well, it's 6:30 pm on Mothers Day. No flowers. Flowers were ordered 5 days ago, plenty of time to deliver flowers on Mother's Day, plus paid an additional fee. Customer service said order was canceled due to being in an undeliverable area. Undeliverable in a city? It's not like I live out in BF Egypt. Ruined my wife's Mother's Day. My daughter was excited to see the flowers we ordered. To offer a refund is a cop out. I want my order, and I want it on time. If you can't do that, don't tell people you can, especially on Mother's Day!!!! I will never order from this company again. I will leave a negative comment everywhere I can.”
