Delivered to Florida, they got shipped from VA in a box. Not nearly as “full” as the picture stated. Didn’t even last 24hrs. Cost me $71.66 they refunded me “50 percent” which to them was $23.54. Do yourself a favor and order from a florist and don’t make the mistake I did.”
“Don't order "fromyouflowers" on important holidays (e.g. Mother's Day) - although the site promises delivery 5/9-5/11, IT DID NOT! You have to check and ask for a redelivery, at the soonest, 2 days later! The point of a set delivery IS TO DELIVER AT THE SET DATE, which the company FAILED. Don't order from them if you have a special date in mind!!! ZERO STARS”

Being in a box, no air conditioning from Pennsylvania to Florida. Seriously!!!! They will likely be dead. When I contacted them , they credited my card $11.98 credit on a $84.50 order.... For dead flowers that will arrive late. I chose a different arrangement, not the one I liked more, just to ensure they would get there on time. From You Flowers used to be excellent. This is definitely not excellence. I no longer recommend using them. Disappointed to say the least.”

I ordered a purple bouquet for her and here it is Mother’s Day and they are not able to locate the status of my order, even though I have an email confirmation and the agent that I spoke to got silent and eventually hung up when he was unable to assist me! So again, here I am on Mother’s Day with no deliverable flowers! Currently in the process of figuring out how to get a refund, but at the end of the day Mother’s Day has been ruined and there’s no making that up!”
“Spend $80 for Mother's Day Flowers. First delivery the roses were brown and wilted. Second delivery was even worse. Brown and wilted roses and half of the flowers were broken. Never again will I order from this company. My Mother's Day gift for my mother was ruined.”
