“I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I spent almost $70 and it gave the delivery date between 5/9 and 5/11 on mother's Day. I ordered on a Thursday mother's Day is on Sunday. Was sent a message that said we apologize for the delay and thank you for allowing us to fix the issue. I wasn't given any option. I was just told it wouldn't arrive until Monday after mother's day. I lost my dad back in February and was trying to do something to help put a smile on my mom's face for mother's day. Now thanks to their poor service she won't receive it until the day after. That kinda defeats the whole purpose of even buying them and having them delivered to her. My dad had her flowers delivered every mother's day and I was trying to carry on that one thing that could make her smile even if it is just for a moment. I will never use them again. Thanks for nothing but disappointment.”
“I’d like to give zero stars! I ordered a premium arrangement with 18 brightly coloured roses and various other lively flowers and greenery. What’s was delivered was about 8-10 past their prime roses with some wilted greenery with a couple of unopened flower buds. I could have purchased much better from the grocery store if I lived locally. I paid close to $100 CDN. They refunded me $18.42 - with no explanation as to that random dollar amount.”
“My mom was delivered GARBAGE sunflowers and two sprigs of what looked like weeds. There was supposed to be A LOT more greenery and flowers. I felt so badly that I couldn't be with her on Mother's Day, so I sent what was supposed to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Im just plain angry about this.”
“Disappointed and Misled
I was really looking forward to receiving these pink roses that my boyfriend thoughtfully ordered for me. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the picture advertised they were a completely different shade and already wilting upon arrival. Some petals were browning, and the bouquet lacked the freshness and vibrancy we expected. For the price paid, we anticipated much higher quality. This was a special gesture that didn’t live up to the moment, and I hope the company re-evaluated their quality control and accuracy in advertising.”
“The vase was smashed up in box. The flowers were bruised and brown. Customer service, you cannot understand what they are saying and act dumb about your flower delivery issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”
“The company's obligation to fulfill the delivery date was not done and when I tried to speak to someone about it, they disconnected my call. Reimbursement should be given since delivery fee is charged and not done as requested. Don't ask the customer for a delivery date you can't meet!”
“My son sent me flowers from From You Flowers. They didn't come from a local flower shop, like they say. Shipping Label said NJ I live in Ma. They weren't wrapped with wet floral foam. So sad they were so dry! Half of them were brown, rotten and dead! So gross! I managed to save some roses and one sunflower. Don't order from this company! Terrible!”
“I went to order mother's Day flowers and the selection was advertised at $39.99. I logged in under my name and the price jumped $49.99. I called and they said oh yeah the price is $49.99, I'm like that's not what you advertise and as soon as I log in as a customer the price jumps up. Note: I also have free delivery for life that I previously signed up for and paid. from You Flowers used to be really good, the last three times I had major issues, that's why I haven't ordered from them. I wanted to order mother's Day flowers for my sister I had some personal issues and wasn't able to order before today. Jumping the prices especially if you're a regular customer is a rip off. I'll pay more and go to a local florist.”

“I ordered flowers on May 7 for delivery on May 11 mother's day to Cambridge Massachusetts. their website claims they just local florists. I chose "delivery between 5/8 and 5/11" and got an email which stated delivery by mother's day may 11. the next day I got an email at 10pm saying my order was shipped and out for delivery. I followed the link to ups and it said they had picked up the flowers in Pennsylvania and they would be delivered on Monday. I talked to three different t people at the company. they had trouble finding my order (I had the order no.) then said there was no delivery date specified, then offered me a 50% discount, then said there was nothing they could do. other websites give them a great review but that can be faked. avoid these people.”
“This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered flowers for delivery on Wednesday 5/7 and they still have not shipped on 5/9. When I contacted the company they want to throw $10 off you next order at me. Do not order with this company.”
“Terrible experience twice: on May 2023 sent wring flowers, on May 2nd 2025 ordered flowers to deliver on May 8Th. I got an email about the deliver but it was fake, then they offered redeliver and then a Call: flowers are not available. What a shame! Never again!”
“I had 3 phone calls in two days...one phone call (from out of the country) stated they couldn't deliver my flowers. An hour later a call saying they found a local place to supply the flowers. Then today, one day before they were to be delivered, another call saying they didn't have anyone to do the arrangement...they are ridiculous, unprofessional and completely out of the country people trying to work with local flower shops. Make your life easy...just stay local. Don't waste your time...gotta go...I need to arrange for flowers for my 90 year old mother by tomorrow! Thanks a lot "You Flowers"”
