Very bad servise. Last time we waited for the order to be delivered for 2 days. This time we ordered flowers for May 7 in the morning to be delivered. Now is May 8 - no flowers to the recipient yet.

This is the worst customer service (and I'm a customer service manager) ever. Flowers came wilted and thrown away the next day. Said they would redeliver and didn't. Wish I would have read the reviews. Definitely will never be ordering from them again.

I ordered something that really needed to be delivered today. Four hours after I ordered (and after the time-window to order somewhere else), they reported that they couldn't fulfill the order that they had already charged my account for and that I could ship something instead via UPS. The whole point was "same day delivery." I had looked up something that was available in the zip code for same day delivery, and it wasn't available. I called customer service, and they basically said, "too bad." I'm so upset!

Do not purchase from this company! I ordered an arrangement for my daughter and what was sent was completely different then what was shown online. I had to speak to 3 different live agents to get some sort of compensation. Terrible! Stay away.

This company is a TOTAL RIPOFF. They post from other flower companies and send absolutely the Wrong Arrangement then ordered. I ordered far enough in advance and could have been notified if the order couldn't be full filled:(. I also can't believe they only refunded 1/2 the amount of the order. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, CALL YOUR LOCAL FLORIST OR EVEN 1800FLOWERS.

I wish I would have read the reviews. A friend of mine mother past away and I sent her flowers from this place and it was expensive but the flowers look nothing like I ordered. Last time using this place. I put the picture on here so you could see The side by side is unbelievably.

I regret I did not read the reviews! If I could give a zero, I would. I sent birthday balloons, but nothing I ordered or paid for was included, along with a cheap teddy bear that was not part of the order. I am embarrassed that this was what was delivered. Absolute sham of a website & company!

The worst representation of what you’re buying online and what actually gets delivered. I purchased a premium arrangement which showed 6 large roses, a birthday pick and a small square clear vase. A small arrangement was delivered with only 3 roses, no birthday pick and a gold vase. I submitted a complaint and their response was a 30% refund which they automatically issued. I didn’t even have a chance to respond, they just felt that was sufficient enough. I would never order from this company ever again. The purpose of my purchase was to wish a loved one happy birthday and get didn’t include the one thing that represented a birthday gift and made a MUCH smaller arrangement than what was projected online.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and the experience and costumer service was horrible. I specifically PAID EXTRA for the flowers to be delivered in the morning (before 12pm) and were not delivered until 2:30pm. Was also not notified that the flowers would be late. The flowers that i sent were also not even the flowers I paid for. I ordered a roses and lilies bouquet but instead sunflowers and roses were delivered. Imagine if my aunt (the recipient) was allergic to sunflowers. After reading other reviews it appears to be a common issue. It’s insane that this business casually swaps out and replaces the flowers without the costumers knowledge. I immediately contacted costumer services through email. At first they offered to just resend the bouquet with the correct flowers. I said no because that just wouldn't make sense. The occasion already passed and flowers were already received. The best they could do was only give a 20% refund of the entire order. Will never order from them again.

When you spend this kind of money for a bouquet of flowers that look like one thing in a picture and a completely other thing when the person actually gets it, is incredibly disappointing. The picture on the website looked full and beautiful but the bars that she got were minimal at best. Absolutely ridiculous! Pics below to show what I ordered versus what she got.

The worst company, absolutely horrible customer service. They do not listen to you, you have to repeat yourself over & over again. No matter which flowers delivered, the message 'Not available for that area' popped up! WTH?! I had used in the past with no problem,but nothing but issues this time. Do not waste your time or money with this company!

I ordered flowers, daffodils, and irises for $75, and the irises never opened and died. It is disgraceful that this outfit can even stay in business. I would NEVER BUY from them again. They sent the flowers in a sealed box without any water.

Hello, I’m reaching out because I was very disappointed with the flower arrangement I recently received. I paid $50 and specifically requested star lilies to be included, but they were not in the bouquet at all. To make matters worse, several of the flowers were already wilting upon arrival. This is incredibly frustrating, especially given the cost and the care I took to specify what I wanted. I was expecting a fresh, vibrant arrangement and unfortunately, this did not meet those expectations. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter and hope you can offer a resolution. It has ruined my surprise, and I’m very disappointed. I changed the delivery date and they said they'll deliver it on 28 but they suddenly delivered it on 25th so I talked about to them and they said they'll deliver it again on 28th but the delivery status hasn’t changed since it said "delivered" on the 25th, even though it was supposed to be delivered on the 28th. They also never issued a new order number, so the status has remained the same. And still she hasn't gotten the flowers on 28th. I had to ask my partner a couple of times, which made me feel stupid and also annoyed her. Last time, when the package was delivered, she didn’t receive any notification at her apartment, so I'm still not confident about the previous delivery either. I also tried to log in to my account, but even when I press the button, I can’t log in. When I try to register using my email, it says the account already exists.

I ordered an $80 10 stem bouquet of peonies from Proflowers. The order was filled by From You Flowers. The flowers arrived with dried out buds and dried wilted stems and leaves. The buds were so small they would never have opened to the size in the photograph online had they been fresh. I tried to revive in water but it was unsuccessful. I would have been embarrassed to give this bouquet as a gift. I called for a refund but Proflowers would only refund 25% of the cost. I had to convince a supervisor to refund the total. I have yet to receive the refund to my card after 4 days. I will never order from Proflowers again or from From you Flowers.

Do not waste your time or money ordering from this site. They shipped flowers that arrived wilted and dead. The flowers were a gift and were shipped 6 days UPS ground. The company didn't respond to emails or photos, they only had automated email replies. It's poor business practice to offer products and not stand by them.

They accepted an order for a product that was not in stock, so it didn’t get delivered. They cancelled the order and did not notify that the order had been cancelled. When called the only solution they offered was a refund… didn’t fix the fact that nothing got delivered to my wife on our anniversary. Terrible service will never order again.

Flowers were for my Aunt’s 90th. They didn’t deliver on her actual birthday. No personalized vase, which I paid for. And the flowers were pretty much dead. Are you serious?
