“This flower company really should go out of business. Everything about my orders have been a nightmare. The worst customer serve from being to end 3 weeks to deliver flowers. Totally unexcetable”
“The flowers, bear and chocolate came 5 days late. Their customer service was very rude over the phone, they lied and said it was delivered when it wasn’t and refused to share any details of the orders whereabouts. It only came after calling and complaining multiple times. On top of that it was delivered to the wrong person. Looked nothing like the picture, don’t waste your money or time!! This is a scam”
“Awful product. I ordered peonies. They were delivered in bud form. But the stems, leaves, and buds were bone dry. There was no water or moisture. I tried to revive them several different ways. I have done this many times. I asked for a refund. They gave me back only $30.00. I will never again use this company”
“If I could give this place a 0 it would be that. I paid for an arrangement for 4/5 same day never was delivered. Received a email Sunday the next day stating delivery would be for Monday the 7th! “Pictures online did not match the flowers that were sent. And when I simply emailed to let them know, they refunded me $16 dollars out of the 77 dollars that was spent. I'm bummed out that my mother's 80th Birthday flowers weren't as special as I thought it would be. They were old and brittle.”
“I was just on the phone trying to place an order. They insist on the recipients phone # but I was afraid I'd lose my order if I clicked off to get to phone #'s, so I called. The guy that answered was impossible for me to understand. He kept asking for "I Chris" finally I figured out it was address. And it just got worse. I could hear other operators in the background. I got uncomfortable and cancelled the order. I have to go and cancel the money. It wasn't just my inability to understand as much as the feeling of unprofessional help. Or, my trick knee.”

“Creepy Experience & Zero Accountability
I’ve received multiple flower deliveries from fromyouflowers.com with no name only notes like: “Smile” or “It’s me again I hope you had a good week” — just anonymous. At first, I thought it might be sweet. But after the couple of times, it started feeling seriously creepy. I called the company asking for information about the sender. They refused, saying they needed the sender’s consent. Apparently, he said no — so they left me in the dark.
I even went to the police. An officer called them on my behalf, and still, same answer: We need a search warrant.
So let me get this straight — a woman expresses concern over being targeted by a possible stalker, and this company prioritizes the anonymity of a stranger over her safety? That’s straight-up trash behavior.
Do not do business with them. They enable harassment under the guise of “privacy.” I wouldn’t trust them with anything.”
“I am very disappointed with their service. Ordered delivery of flowers to hotel and paid for same day delivery. They didn't managed to deliver and the only solution was apologize and refund.

Red flowers they refunded me $3 for not arriving on time and $8 for sending the wrong arrangement which is completely unacceptable AGAIN was not even close to what I ordered! “I ordered a basket for some special friends in another state. The next day, I received confirmation that the package had been delivered. However, when I contacted everyone waiting for the package at the designated location, I discovered that no one had received it.
I then reached out to the customer service of “FOR YOU FLOWERS.” They informed me that the package had been delivered by hand and suggested I check with the office over the apartment building. Unfortunately, the apartment building doesn’t have an on-site office.
I had provided the apartment number so that people would be expecting my package. As a result, I received numerous calls from the customer service department as I tried to understand what had gone wrong. They offered to redeliver the package, but I didn’t want to lose my money, so I opened a case on PayPal.
I felt compelled to do this because I had spent a significant amount of money trying to make nice gift for my friends. After they informed me that they would redeliver the package, they suddenly informed me that they were unable to deliver it due to an open dispute.
This is puzzling because the redelivery was scheduled eight hours before the dispute was opened. Did they call the carrier and cancel the redelivery, or did they simply not send for a new delivery? This entire situation appears to be a scam.
Rest assured, I will never order from this company again.”
