“Same day service on their website does not mean "SAME DAY SERVICE". I ordered my wreath the night before the funeral and I got an email 2 hours before the visitation saying I was not going to be receiving the wreath.”

“I ordered a basket for some special friends in another state. The next day, I received confirmation that the package had been delivered. However, when I contacted everyone waiting for the package at the designated location, I discovered that no one had received it.
I then reached out to the customer service of “FOR YOU FLOWERS.” They informed me that the package had been delivered by hand and suggested I check with the office over the apartment building. Unfortunately, the apartment building doesn’t have an on-site office.
I had provided the apartment number so that people would be expecting my package. As a result, I received numerous calls from the customer service department as I tried to understand what had gone wrong. They offered to redeliver the package, but I didn’t want to lose my money, so I opened a case on PayPal.
I felt compelled to do this because I had spent a significant amount of money trying to make nice gift for my friends. After they informed me that they would redeliver the package, they suddenly informed me that they were unable to deliver it due to an open dispute.
This is puzzling because the redelivery was scheduled eight hours before the dispute was opened. Did they call the carrier and cancel the redelivery, or did they simply not send for a new delivery? This entire situation appears to be a scam.
Rest assured, I will never order from this company again.”
“Ordered memorial flowers, florists arrangement, extra $ for early delivery, to a place they have delivered to before. Next day they sent an email saying they can't deliver. Called and was told 'there's no one who can deliver to that address', an address they have on file and have delivered to before.
Had to request the refund.”
“I am devastated. If you will look at the picture, the flowers she received are in the tall vase put in there like a 5 yr old, not arranged or cut or anything. These were delivered to her place of work and I am embarrassed for me and for her. I have never had something so crappy show up from any other company I ordered from. I will never order from you again and you should call the florist that delivered those and chew them out.”
“What I saw online was completely different than what arrived. All different colors, types of flowers, etc. All flowers are weak and wilted. Vase was too small. I paid for “deluxe” but this is nowhere near it. Awful and embarrassing. Will not purchase again. About all I can say is it arrived on the correct day.”
“Stop please order from somewhere with reputable services. I place an order for valentines didn't get delivered. Manager told me on 2/15 that delivered address was too far from the flower shop to be delivered. Even tho tracking showed out for delivery all day. Very disappointing. Customer service was rude and hang up on me when I told her taking someone money and not delivering is bad business practices.”

Flowers arrived dry, no water tubes, no oasis. They had been packaged 4 days before. YouFlowers apologized, said they'd resend and has not yet. The vase was dirty and way oversized. Of 16 stems, one opened. When I thought I'd peel off the outside petals, beneath were dead brown.
Don't use this company unless you want to be embarrassed.”

In following up, the company simply said that same day delivery was only in London. Suggest avoiding.”

“If I could leave zero stars I would. I picked a beautiful arrangement to deliver to a friend. I paid for expedited shipping and that was the only thing I was satisfied with. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. I understand substitutions but this was like a 2 year old threw some flowers in a vase. I emailed my dissatisfaction and they offered me 15 dollar gift card. I informed them that I would not order from them again sent a picture of the mess delivered and said some sort of refund was more appropriate. They refunded me 7.79 of my 70 dollar purchase. “BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE "FOR YOU FLOWERS".
Have ordered from them twice now. The most recent order was placed weeks prior for a specific day delivery. A UPS # was generated the evening prior to delivery date and was "In route". The next update was a message advising the order would be delayed by 5 days. I immediately called customer service and was offered a 30% discount which I declined twice, and demanded a full refund. Was finally given the refund but they said the flowers would still arrive 5 days later which I said they would be dead flowers at the time they would finally arrive. Ridiculous.
The first time I ordered from this company, the flowers arrived on time but 1/2 were completed wilted and the petals fell off when picked up. I immediately called for them to replace them at their expense and was told they could give me 50% off my order which I said Nope.. I wanted them replaced immediately. The new flowers were fresh, but dang it was a frustrating experience.
Awful experience and I will never use From You Flowers again. I learned my lesson on using a company that uses UPS to deliver rather than in person.
Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. Pay the extra $$ and get a local florist. Im surprised they are still in business!”
