“Ordered a dozen roses with balloon, chocolate and teddy bear. Only flower and balloon delivered. Paid extra for morning delivery. Delivery took place after 1PM.

“I ordered flowers for my mom in the hospital, 3pm cutoff time for same day delivery and I only had a few flower options to select from since I needed them delivered today. I paid and placed my order before the cutoff time. I confirmed with the company after placing the order that my flowers will be delivered today. 2 hours later, I got an email saying "sorry, can't deliver your flowers today." I should have read the reviews before wasting my time with this company. Later that same day I emailed the company to change my order to the flowers I originally wanted because they were not being delivered until the following day. The company emailed me back to confirm the change. The next day, they delivered the wrong flowers, the smallest/cheapest option of the wrong flowers (even though I paid for the most expensive premium option) and forgot to deliver the balloon I paid for. I have emailed the company 4 times and no response. Awful experience, terrible company. Do not waste your time or money using From You Flowers. I’m now going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.”

“Worst ever. Everything went wrong. Couldn’t understand person who took my call. Took an hour to place order because of language barrier. Was never told vase was not included in price of flowers. Couldn’t deliver same day like website said. Flowers came in box with no vase. Tulips were all just buds with all greenery as filler. Spelled granddaughters name wrong. Charged me the medium size price instead of the small price I asked for. After calling to complain they agreed to credit my account 10.00 and give me 20% off my next order which will never happen again. Learned my lesson and will always check reviews in the future.”

“I paid 60.00 for a deluxe Lilly and rose bouquet. When it arrived it looked like a sad 15$ last minute bouquet from a gas station. It had 3 Lillies and no roses. It also did not come with a care guide or plant food. I also requested that no vase be sent with it. The person who received the flowers is adamant NO MORE VASES. They have plenty. I would say im never using this company again. And noone else should either.”
“The worst flower delivery I’ve ever experienced in my 52 years look nothing like what I ordered in the picture. The balloon was half filled with helium by the time my wife left work. It was sitting on the ground. I could’ve picked up a better bouquetat a gas station. I do not recommend them to anyone should have listened to the reviews and not giving them a chance.”
“I ordered an urn tribute for my father from From you Flowers for $153.00. What was delivered was a small vase with a handful of flowers. No more than $30.00 at any grocery store. I called and was offered a 20% refund! After refusing the offer went to 30%. Again I refused pointing out that they are stealing from people in their grief. The final offer was then 50%. They should be ashamed. I will obviously never order from them again as they are not trustworthy or honorable. The pictures show what I ordered and paid for versus what was recieved.”

By the time I received the notification, the funeral was already in progress and there was nothing I could do. There are no do overs for funerals, so I am beyond words on how highly disappointed I am. They should not be in the business of delivering any sort of flowers to anyone for any occasion. ”
