They ruined my plans for my girlfriend's birthday by failing to deliver the bouquet of flowers and other gifts I ordered. I placed my order one week in advance to be delivered to her workplace. I made a special note that they deliver before 3 pm. I called, and they said it was okay. But they did not deliver until around 5 pm that day when I got a call from the florist. I told them I had to change to a home address because my girlfriend had left her workplace by then, and they said that was okay, but they still never delivered to her home. It was a horrrible experience and I will never recommend their service to anyone. I eventually got a refund, but they ruined my birthday plans for her. No amount of refund can make up for such a disappointment!
