“My flowers were not only NOT delivered on the day that I paid for (which is so rude on it's own), I also received an email with someone else's full information. I received a picture of the senders full name and the receivers full name AND ADDRESS. Then they had the audacity to offer me my $2.99 delivery fee back for reimbursement. I send flowers often to my family members through other companies and this has never happened. Inappropriate to not deliver same day when I have paid for it. Downright criminal that you have given me someone else's full information. Laughable that you think $2.99 returned to me is substantial. Have the day you deserve.”

“I want to thank My Flowers for the recent bouquet my mother received. I got the Fall Fragrance Bouquet, that had orange roses and eucaliptus leaves. All my mother had said to me is that this arrangement was the best arrangement she ever got. As of this date she is trying desperately to keep the arrangement alive. Thank you again, well done.”
