“i WISH TO PRAISE AND APOLOGIZE AT ONCE. WHEN MY FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED ON TIME LAST MONTH, IT SEEMED A PATTERN THAT I OFTEN COMPLAINED ABOUT. I CALLED AND i WAS UPSET AS THE FLOWERS WERE PAID FOR SAME DAY AND FOR A SPECIAL EVENT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. i DON'T KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED.bUT THE FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED AFTER HOURS BY SPECIAL REQUEST. SO THANK YOU FOR THAT SERVICE! GRACE FLYNN”
