“The flowers are lovely. The delivery could be a little better. Just on the communication side. The texts were not clear for the person receiving the flowers. She was very confused and stressed due to the lack of information she was receiving from a random number. Please let people know who is communicating with them. Example; business name. Other than that, great service, great flowers!”

“After being notified that the bouquet I ordered was not available, I admit I was disappointed and slightly annoyed. However, the customer service person I corresponded with was very kind and helpful, and my granddaughter was thrilled with the substitute bouquet, which was lovely! Thank you!”

“I sent to a gated community, Hours later I realized that was going to be a problem. Sure enough, I got a text asling me to call. It was late and I wa going to call the next morning. But brgore a got up I got another text saying they had been delivered. Thank you for the greeat service! My daughter sent pictures and the flowers look wonderful.”

“Every time I used From You Flowers, they delivered the flowers on time and efficiently. Once when the address was wrong they called me to get the right address. The address was still wrong but the young lady figured it out and the flowers were sent to the right address.”
