“Good afternoon, I would like to say thank you for the two beautiful arrangements that I ordered this month. They were both delivered on time and I would like to apologise for one of the recipients not been home at time of delivery. Your driver kindly took it back to your office and delivered it the next day. That was a lovely gesture. I live in New Zealand and I am very happy using you as my florist. Keep up the good work.
