“I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday the day before her actual birthday and shipping said it would arrive the next day by 3pm. At around 2pm seen my tracking update for rescheduled for next day. My wife’s birthday is today not the next day ruined my wife’s surprise. I’m sure you ladies can understand”

“Upgraded from a small bouquet of flowers to add on 2 Mylar happy birthday balloons, small box of chocolates, and a stuffed teddy bear. The recipient only received the flowers and 1 plain balloon. The price to upgrade is ala carte so to not have the extra gifts added was definitely a let down. I’ve used this company many times and haven’t had this issue before. Maybe just a spot of bad luck.”

“Pretty good but with raspberry in the name I expected more deep red but the upgraded to largest sized arrangement contained a bunch of cheap looking brown and orangey and peachy carnations which vastly changed the look of the arrangement from the original photo so I was a little disappointed.”
