This is my first time purchase of furniture at Fullhouse. I would like to say the experience had been pleasant. Wide range of furnitures at reasonable price. The sales person were not imposing yet they were there to answer my queries and at the same time try their best to serve to their best abilities.

all good... but.. it's only natural when u purchased a lot, a bit of freebie can be thrown in as well. that will be an exoerience hard to beat. u guys don't have that.

We do have spend goals and applicable deals for purchases made, so once the amount hits a specific target, e.g. once your order total is $500, you are entitled to $25 off. The value of the discount changes with different target amounts as it gets higher. We're also planning on making additional freebies in the future for large purchases, so there's more to look forward to! Delivery was late for more than an hour. But have to give it toTeam Kaoser when they did the installation of the table. They were professional and polite. Thanks Team Kaoser.

Bought a cradle rocking chair. The Sales staff Cruise was very helpful. However, delivery was late by close to an hour from schedule. There was defect at the top hanging part which the delivery guy had to fix. The paint at the coil was not done properly. Quality control could be better. There were also spider webs to be cleaned away. However, we noted the effort of the delivery guy in trying to fix the defect of the hanging part. Didn’t request him to touch up paint job as we were running late for an appointment because of the late delivery.

The service is good. I'm feeling insecure with the 3 seater sofa. The cushion base is supported with one piece of wood In the middle with wobbly leg followed by 3 pieces of squarish board. I cannot allow a bigger sized guest to seat on the sofa.

Your customer service is excellent so are the service personnel delivering great help and support. The only thing I'm not too happy is the mechanism of my sofa set cannot be fully functional due to availability of spares which should not be so. Spares should always be available as a standard in the company as a sofas and furniture business leader. Company should be happy to have customers treasuring your product and want to keep it working. It's a selling point otherwise it's just another furniture company.
